2017 Earth Day Student Recycling Challenge Winners

Congratulations to Dutilh Preschool, continuing their winning streak in our Earth Day Battery Recycling Challenge!  The school received $300 from the school drawing.    This year’s challenge had 13 participating schools, and kept 1,275 pounds of batteries out of the landfill.  Way to go everyone!

Parker Budney of Rowan Elementary came in first in our Student Leadership Challenge with 581 pounds of batteries. Parker gets a new Amazon Fire HD8.  Congrats, Parker!

                         

The second place winner with 35.5 pounds recycled is Catie Schneider of Mars Middle School.  Catie will have fun this summer on her Orbitwheel Skates.
